Thanks to an agreement with Things of Italy LLC based in Florida, we have carried out an in-depth study of the US market and carried out a careful analysis with great success, aimed at satisfying the needs and preferences of American consumers.

The quality of our oil is certified! DIVOLIO organic extra virgin olive oil undergoes rigorous inspections by certification bodies. This is confirmed by the following certifications, which guarantee and protect our production.
FDA
EU - N.O.P - USDA
To this end, our company has obtained FDA certification and our extra virgin olive oil has obtained approval from the Food and Drug Administration, as a product considered safe and effective for distribution on the US market.
Our oil is, above all, organic. For this reason, to export it to the United States and have it appreciated as a certified organic product, we have joined the mutual equivalence agreement between the U.S. National Organic Program (N.O.P.) and the EU Regulation CE 834/07. Thanks to this agreement, our organic oil DIVOLIO has obtained recognition as an organic product from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. For this reason, DIVOLIO can be imported into the U.S.A. reporting the USDA logo of American organic certification, directly on the label.
