Terms and Conditions
The services covered by these conditions, described below, will be provided by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl, based in Barletta, through specific technological infrastructures and are governed by these service conditions.
The preamble constitutes an integral, essential, indispensable, and inseparable part of the general conditions. The use of the services is permitted only to users over the age of 18 (eighteen).
Please read these terms of service (hereinafter the “Privacy Policies”) carefully before using the Application or browsing the website. By using the Application or the website, the User accepts the Conditions and undertakes to comply with them. Otherwise, the User may not use the Application or the websites to communicate with Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl by using the Service offered.
Any translations of these Conditions into other languages are for illustrative purposes only and, in case of inconsistencies or discrepancies, the Italian text shall prevail.
Definitions
The terms used in these Conditions are to be understood as having the following meaning:
• "Applications": artifacts composed of Software and Content that Users use on their devices and that allow Users to use the Services on certain configurations of specific devices;
• "User": subject who uses the Services and/or Resources;
• “Partner”: the natural or legal person who, acting in the exercise of business or professional activity, intends to advertise through the website http://shop.divolio.it
• "Resources": hardware, Software, and Content appropriately configured by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl, and/or by subjects authorized by it and accessible through the internet using the Interfaces that make the Services available;
• “Services": the Online Meeting Service, the On-site Appointment Service, as described below:
a) "the On-site Appointment Service": allows Users to use the Resources to access the Content made available by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl through the Interfaces;
b) "Online Meeting Service": described in art. 2) of these Conditions;
Access to be identified by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl, access the Resources and use the Services.
• "User Area": area of the Resources accessible exclusively by the User using the Access Codes provided by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl and/or by subjects authorized by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl;
• "Content": texts, images, audio and/or video recordings, data and/or information, including personal data, in any format (file or sequence of bytes of another type) that are transmitted, copied, sent, and/or otherwise processed by Users using the Services or by Agri L.D.C. Società Agricola Srl and/or otherwise made available to Users;
• "User Content": name, e-mail, number of kilometers and other Content that the User uploads and/or publishes, thus making them accessible to the general public;
• "Interfaces": interfaces (web, Applications or other) operating on certain configurations of specific devices through which Users can use the Services by connecting to the Resources via the internet.
• "Privacy Policy": terms that the User approves before using the Services that involve the processing of their personal data;
• "Site": the domain http://shop.divolio.it and all its subdomains, including the Partners' showcases;
• "Software": any set of instructions (programs and/or data) interpretable by a computer to direct the operation of its processor;
