Purpose and legal basis of processing
The data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
1. Distribution of software, services and data: pre-contractual, contractual and fiscal activities necessary to establish commercial relationships, whether for a fee or not, between the Data Controller and the Data Subject.
2. Support for the use of software, services and data: support activities by the Data Controller for the Data Subject regarding the use, operation and improvement of software, services and data.
3. Direct marketing on software, services and data: activities of sending to the Data Subject (via e-mail, mail, SMS, telephone contacts, newsletter) commercial communications and/or advertising material on software, services and data produced by the Data Controller.
For the pursuit of purposes 1) and 2), the processing of the Data Subject's personal data is necessary for:
•the performance of a contract to which the Data Subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures;
•fulfill the legal obligations to which the Data Controller and the Data Subject are subject.
For the processing of the data subject's data concerning purpose 3), consent is required.
Categories of personal data
The categories of the Data Subject's data are:
•data knowingly and actively provided by the data subject: personal data and other similar contact details, data necessary to process payments, data for support intervention;
•data provided by the data subject during the use of software, services, and data.

Categories of recipients of personal data
For the purpose of processing, the recipients of the Data Subject's data are, in addition to the Data Controller and its Appointees, also companies that provide payment, financial, tax, marketing, printing, enveloping, and shipping services.
Transfer of personal data
The Data Controller, under no circumstances, carries out or will carry out transfers of data subjects' data to any third country or international organization not belonging to the European Union or the European Economic Area.
Personal data retention period
The data processed are retained by the Controller for the period deemed strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing. Furthermore, the data processed for purposes 1) and 2) may be retained for a longer period, in order to manage any disputes. The data processed for purpose 3) will be retained by the Controller from the moment the data subject has given their consent until such consent is revoked.
Rights of the data subject
The Data Subject is granted the following rights:
•right of access, i.e. the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not data processing is taking place and, if so, to obtain access to such data;
•right to rectification and erasure, i.e. the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data and/or the integration of incomplete data or the erasure of Data for legitimate reasons;
•right to restriction of processing, that is, the right to request the suspension of processing if there are legitimate reasons;
•right to data portability, i.e. the right to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit the data to another data controller;
•right to object, that is, the right to object to the processing of data if there are legitimate reasons, including data processing for marketing and profiling purposes, if provided;
•right to contact the competent data protection authority in case of unlawful data processing.
Obligation to provide personal data
For the pursuit of purposes 1) and 2), the communication of personal data is a legal, contractual obligation and a necessary requirement for the conclusion of a contract; failure to provide such data will make it impossible to carry out the activities envisaged for the aforementioned purposes.
INFORMATION ON THE USE OF COOKIES
Cookies are small strings of text that the site visited by the user sends to their device (usually to the browser), where they are stored to be sent back to the same site upon the user's next visit.
